Fibroids and Hysterectomy – Normal?

As a Medicinal Prevention Physician, I must share that many clients are telling me that they are being told fibroids are normal and typical. I have likewise met many who have had complete hysterectomy procedures in their thirties and younger. This is not normal ladies! God created a woman’s uterus to function and last forever and to remain within her vessel. In addition, these issues are disrupting sexual pleasure as many women lose sensation, lubrication, and emotional sexual connectivities.

I am age 46 and I have never had ANY female issue of any sort; nor do I take any medications. Why… “because the first patient I healed was myself…”

Where Is The Beef?

Living life as a Raw Vegan in the southern state of Vicksburg, MS requires patience, preparation, and support from fellow healthy living advocates. Mississippi is considered the 49th unhealthiest state out of all 50 states. Directly beside MS is Louisiana, who register in as the 50th unhealthiest state. The southern states citizens feel the impact of the poor food decisions made here. However, they have the old- fashioned belief systems that they value as evident to continue to eat in this manner. “My momma cooked this way and I’m going to continue to cook and eat this way as well, pass the beef please and heavy on the gravy!” is what most locals say. Meanwhile, the southern farmers are producers of beautiful and flourishing unmolested crops and the cows actually eat grass and meander in green pasture. Yet, many southerners cook the greens in lard which is pig fat and wastes, and boil vegetables in animal feet, intestines, and livers.

 

This is the way southern ancestors who were forced into slavery and impoverished living ate for sum 400 years. The slaves were given weekly rations of meat scraps, corn meal, and flour. Luckily many were allowed to plant in gardens and consume what they could grow. This is where the patience must come in. While we should not ridicule a people made products of an environment, we should encourage change. When we lead by example people begin to notice and anything people notice they begin to talk about in the south. These small conversations create big changes and therefore you have become a person of impact simply by exercising the gifts of patience and understanding.

 

Thankfully, there are a few up and coming tea houses and plant-based eateries platforming in the south. Knowing where these locations are and supporting them are substantial to creating change. Likewise, be the change that you desire to see. Many who have the proclivity to eat RAW or plant-based should likewise open or invest in small establishments, showcasing plant friendly options, and openly supporting local farmers and farmers markets.

 

Receiving support from others on the same journey as you, has been a proven source of encouragement. These small steps are all exemplary factors to create big change. The following life practices listed above all speak to the support and foster great disciplines of life. An aggressive approach is a turn off for most people. Lack of understanding the history of ones’ journey renders you ignorant. All talk and no action or support render you powerless and non- compliant. Unfortunately, many utilize the opposite techniques to impact individuals and waste energy and time. Self-investment is the key to achieving results. As evident in attending higher education, when others see you attending classes, they will become curious. As you learn you become knowledgeable however, you must apply the knowledge you have learned into your life prior to attempting to share it. Meanwhile, learn the history and short comings of the environment, people, places, or things that you come in contact with and hope to encourage. This skill will help you to develop a sense of empathy and comprehension to the struggle or issue(s). We are all called to different life assignments, however the choice belongs to you how to get the work done. The key to sleeping well at night is to live in the truth you wish to share, and ultimately your influence will be made known. Be, live, and walk in the light you desire to see.
